March Events List
As the proud sponsor, REACH West provides: uniforms. extra sports equipment, team canopies. We recruit coaches for 9 sports: bocce, swimming, floor hockey, track and fi eld, basketball, softball, soccer, flag football. and swimming. We help mentor and train.
We host social and recreational events: Hikes, Holiday gatherings, outings to A’s game, CAL Women’s basketball
We share Special Needs resources, off er Educational talks (dental care, nutrition/fitness via Club Wellness) and participate in El Sobrante Stroll, Transition Fair
REACH West has hosted 20 Invitational Track meets inviting other Special Olympic teams, attracting up to 150 athletes, and 75 volunteers
