ABOUT US

REACH West for Special Adults was established in 2009 by a group of concerned family members of people with disabilities in West Contra Costa and Northern Alameda counties. The 501(c)3 organization has evolved from sports and athletics-focused activities to a full realm of programs 
with emphasis on healthy living, nutrition, community engagement, socialization, self-sufficiency and inclusivity.
